I was actually rather excited to see Beverly Hills Cop so I’m slightly disappointed.

Also, that’s a pretty nice lineup of guest stars on Family Guy. I almost never watch the show, but yeah.

That Vikings trailer is all kinds of awesome!

  3. Who’s going to play the President on the second season of Revolution? We never seen his appearance in the Season One finale. Any suggestions?

  4. Even though it doesn’t seem like it in the trailer, could Collins = POTUS? It be funny if he was, then he would get to play POTUS here and on Falling Skies.

    • In both Revolution and Falling Skies we’ve seen the individual who was President of the US during the blackout/invasion respectively still be President several years after the event in question change the world (not sure how much time has passed between the invasion and present day in Skies, but in Revolution it’s been 15 years since the blackout).

Doesn’t that make them rulers and not presidents (I’d say tyrant, but just because they’ve been president long after their term ended doesn’t mean they’re evil, at least not in Skies, though certainly in Revolution).

That said, it could be that the POTUS in Revolution is not necessarily the POTUS who was in office at the time of the blackout. Could be that the Patriots in Guantanamo Bay still held elections in the ensuing 15 years (though not likely).

Huh, I wonder if the role of Rachel’s father is the one that Jim Beaver turned down because he didn’t want to move to Austin full time. I can’t really see him as Elizabeth Mitchell’s dad but so far it’s the only part that makes sense for them to have been considering him for.

  6. LEP says:

When I clicked on this link and saw the picture of Stephen Collins as father, I immediately thought, “Well, of course it is. He’s everywhere.” And then I saw Michael’s comment about SC and Treat Williams, and I totally cracked up. Too true. Too funny.

  7. The Vikings trailer looked awesome, but I really missed seeing Lagertha.
