Per our sister site Deadline, Collins — who appears in at least the first four episodes — will play Cynthia, a beautiful young woman of deep faith. Her winning humor and blazing intelligence capture the heart of one of the show’s leading characters.

Will Cynthia replace Nora as the third peg in the Miles/Rachel love triangle? Or might she cross paths with the isolated Bass? Maybe Jason is finally over his Charlie fixation?

  1. El S Boy says:

Or maybe Charlie is finally over his Jason fixation

  2. Patrick says:

Aaron needs a love-interest. Now that the power is back on, he might have access to his fortune.

  3. Lo says:

You know what would be pretty awesome? If she ended up being a love interest for Charlie.

  4. JCK says:

Another reason not to watch Rev. I stopped watching Rubicon because of her.

  5. Buddy Glenn says:

I bet she’s going to be the daughter of the President or something.

  6. This Jessica Collins is not to be confused with that other Jessica Collins aka Avery from The Young and the Restless. Am I right?

    • queerbec says:

Two different actresses! Don’t know how SAG let them both get this far with the same stage name! Maybe they’ll have to fight it out on an episode of Revolution! Sounds like she’s being earmarked for Aaron.

  7. Lyn says:

Not to whine, but the mere mention of dear, departed “Rubicon” makes me sad! Have liked her in everything she’s done; not enough to watch this show, however.

  8. jane says:

Monroe?? He’s on their side now, right?

  9. EJ says:

The show will now be shot in Texas, not North Carolina, what with the Eastern Seaboard being nuked and all.

  10. George says:

Real sad when a talented actress has to board a show headed towards cancellation. Rubicon was great though back all AMC scripted shows were composed of complex authentic adult characters.

  11. B.Sidney says:

What about a love interest for fat guy google ? his wife rejected him so he’s alone now.

  12. Mila says:

    “woman of deep faith”

It’ll be Bass because we all know he’s going to reexamine his life and motivations

  13. Shaun says:

    I’d guess Aaron.

  14. Isobel says:

Wasn’t one of Monroe’s sisters called Cynthia? Is it just the same name, or will she only be in flashbacks?
