Exclusive Community Sneak Peek: Abed Races Through Time to Prevent a Star Wars Murder!

Get More: Exclusive, First Look, Video

If there’s one thing Community‘s Abed cannot — and will not — tolerate, it’s someone attempting to “murder” Star Wars’ legacy with prequels like The Phantom Menace.

The following exclusive first look at this Thursday’s installment (NBC, 8/7c) — which centers on Abed’s attempts to prove that the study groupers knew each other years before Greendale brought them together — finds the pop culture fiend jumping through time via a graphic novel-esque transition to warn some kiddos about the dangers of viewing the Star Wars Episodes 1-3.

  • It’s good that this is airing in May, shortly after May the 4th, instead of when it might have originally aired.

  • I hate people that complain bitterly on the internet.

    • Isn’t this a complaint? ;-) Seriously, though, I agree with you.

  • this season of Community has had its ups and downs i have attacked it but last week wasnt too bad. i will like to see it continue with a fifth season and the kinks should be more smoothed out. Nbc give it at least a fifth year to be a final year. it would be great

  • Dear NBC,

Please, when the time comes, put this show out of its misery. Thank you.

    • There’s a button on your remote that changes channels, just in case you didn’t know.

      • most people dont apparently, seems to me they put on a channel and leave it for the night no matter if its good or bad and then decide to complain about it on the internet; they could make their lives (and ours as a result) so much easier if they just shut up and actually bothered to use a tiny amount of energy to change to another show.

        • No, sorry, I’m under 30 so I don’t watch television. I do (did) watch the show on Hulu. Any true fan would want the show to die – it’s suffered enough already.
