8:58 pm New Girl (Fox) | Flashbacks show us how Jess (see photo), Schmidt, Nick, Winston and Cece lost their virginity – each story funnier and, save for one, more awful than the next. 10 pm Grimm (NBC) | Time-slot premiere: The truth is out there, and Nick goes looking for it after cow mutilations and reports of glowing creatures make him question the existence of aliens in the Wesen world.

10 pm Murder. Mystery. Amanda Knox Speaks (ABC) | Diane Sawyer interviews the American woman who was convicted – then acquitted – of murder when she was a study-abroad student in Italy.

10 pm Awkward (MTV) | Jenna and Matty’s relationship suddenly has a very interested third party: her dad.

10:30 pm Inside Amy Schumer (Comedy Central) | Series premiere: Scripted vignettes, stand-up comedy and man-on-the-street interviews fill this new show featuring the provocative comedienne. Tonight, Amy regrets having a one-night stand (among other poor decisions).

    • Sorry.
Does anyone think Brenda Song’s acting was better on Scandal than it is on New Girl? Because I totally think it is and it’s maddening because Scandal is so serious that I can’t believe London Tipton can do it at all and excel in it better than in a quirky, fun show like New Girl.

  • What happened to the Grimm episode preempted by the Boston Marathon coverage? I think the ep was called Vocano. Been looking on OnDemand for it.
