NBC to Air Office Retrospective Ahead of Finale

The Office RetrospectiveNBC will take a walk down Dunder Mifflin memory lane ahead of The Office‘s one-hour series finale.

TVLine has learned that the network has scheduled an hour-long retrospective leading into the long-running sitcom’s final installment on Thursday, May 16 at 8/7c.

The NBC News-produced special will feature in-depth interviews with Office actors John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson, Mindy Kaling, B.J. Novak, Ed Helms, Craig Robinson, Angela Kinsey and Oscar Nunez. The series’ showrunner Greg Daniels and exec producers Paul Lieberstein and Ben Silverman are also slated to take part.

Additionally, the look back will give fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the set and a peek at the cast’s early Office auditions.

  • wish Steve Carell would pop up in the retrospective at least . . .the show has missed Michael Scott in my opinion. Heck I’ve missed him too.

  • I’m excited to watch the retrospective but surely they’ll interview Steve Carrell! I would pretty bummed if he wasn’t a part of it.

  • really did love this show but after Steve Carrell departure it wasn’t the same and as hard as they tried, didn’t cut it, thats what she said……
