Get More: Exclusive, Video

NBC’s Chicago Fire may be in repeats, but we’ve got your Firehouse 51 fix.

In the exclusive webisode below, Otis (played by Yuri Sardarov) reveals to his podcast listeners what it takes to be a Fire hero  — and what you may lose in the process — with some help from his sneaky colleagues.

“In this job, you have to be 100 percent,” he says. “And not just physically. The fact of the matter is, that can be hard because life is messy.”

To that end, rule Number 1 is: “No matter what’s happening on the outside, you gotta leave it at the door at roll call” — and watch out for grabby hands who want to steal your sandwich and your peace of mind! (It’ll all make sense when you press PLAY.)

Chicago Fire returns with a new episode on March 20 at 10/9c.
