Pilot Scoop: Mary McCormack Sets Her Sight on NBC's Welcome to the Family

In Plain SightIn Plain Sight‘s Mary McCormack has joined NBC’s Welcome to the Family, TVLine has learned.

In the single-cam sitcom from Mike Sikowitz (Rules of Engagement), cultures collide when a white family and a Latino family are bonded together when their children fall in love and soon must deal with an unplanned pregnancy.

McCormack will play Katrina. She joins Glee‘s Mike O’Malley, who’ll portray one of the grandpas-to-be.

The actress starred in USA Network’s Sight; other notable credits include The West Wing, ER and Murder One.

      Why? She’s actually been pretty funny in most things she’s been on …West Wing, In Plain Sight…She does drama and comedy well.
