JIMMY KIMMEL, JESSICA CHASTAINIf you called it a night after ABC’s three-and-a-half hour Oscars telecast, you missed the premiere of the trailer for Movie: The Movie 2V, on Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s aprés-Oscars special.

Whereas the original Movie: The Movie cast a very wide net, spoofing allllll manner of film tropes, 2V was slightly more focused on merging lovey-dovey vampire pics and zombie invasion dramas with The Avengers.

Among the 20 celebs joining Kimmel for this year’s cinematic orgy are Jessica Chastain (Zero Dark Thirty), Kerry Washington (Django Unchained, Scandal), Bryan Cranston (Argo, Breaking Bad), John Krasinski (Promised Land, The Office), Bradley Cooper (Silver Linings Playbook), Matt Damon (falling prey to embarrassment in a motion-capture suit) and Nick Fury himself, Samuel L. Jackson.

  • I thought the “superhero” of Bradley Cooper as the teacher, who wouldn’t give up on his underprivileged students, was hysterical. Also, loved Gerard Butler & John Krasinski bits.
