The chicks in the bikini are probably just Barney telling Ted what he should do as it relates to some situation that Ted is in.

The Captain – “Gave it to myself – a real man choose his own name.”

Ted – “Well, pleased to meet you, Captain. I’m Galactic President Superstar MacAwesomeville.”
