I have only read Katie Jacobs and i know the show will be bad. She is a bad producer because she hates women who are more beautiful than her, it is a known fact. Okay, there is a chance the show will succeed with an A+-list actor and the writers of the show are known. I feel sorry for everyone who is involved in developing the show.

Huh? Did someone get fired by Katie Jacobs? I don’t even know who she is, yet there are “known facts” about her..

      • ej says:

Fans of HOUSE know that Katie Jacobs is to blame for Jennifer Morrison (now on ONCE UPON A TIME). Morrison, who was shocked after having been promised much more screen time by creator David Shore, was very classy about getting axed in a very un-classy way just before the premiere party.

I can’t personally attest to “facts”, but it was said around town that Jacobs had been jealous of Morrison’s relationship with co-star Jesse Spencer. The two had been marginalized for 2 seasons and not on set much after breaking up, so Jacobs was not happy with Shore’s intentions for both characters, who were married on-screen. Allegedly, she created false rumors that Morrison could not handle the romance on screen and used that as leverage to fire her. True or not, people in the Biz have said Jacobs sometimes lets her personal jealousies cloud her professional judgment. To quote Krammer on SEINFELD: “You’re a man’s woman. You hate other women and they hate you.”

As to this show, I agree with Mark and Pickles. Snoozer. NBC should spend more money promoting its current good shows so people will watch them and less time picking up pilots based on books that aren’t even out yet! 30 ROCK got it right: where is NBC’s publicity department? COMMUNITY has had to rely on webcasts and CHICAGO FIRE got more press from WGN misreporting their fake plane crash. For shame NBC.

Jo Nesbo’s books are actually pretty awesome so this could be good

After What Katie Jacobs Did To Jennifer Morrison On House I will never watch anything that Katie Jacobs is involved with.Jennifer has more class and Integrity then katie will ever have.
