Fox Celebrity Diving SpecialFox has given the green light to Stars in Danger: The High Dive, a two-hour special (airing Jan. 9) featuring eight celebrities taking a crash course and then competing in an Olympic-style diving competition.

  1. Renee says:

Let me start by saying I loathe reality shows. However, “Olympic gold medalist Greg Louganis as a judge” almost makes this sound legitimate. Still won’t watch though.

    • Britta Unfiltered says:

hahaha. Best post ever. It does sound like a train wreck in much the way Skating with the Stars was. I don’t think I can do it either.

    • GeekGirl13 says:

I can only figure these two shows got greenlit on the premise that fans for the ‘stars’ will watch just to see them in swimsuits.

  2. Duke says:

Wow. I didn’t think it was possible, but Fox’s “celeb diving” line-up has less actual “Stars” in it than ABC’s average “Dancing with the…” line-up.

  3. Jared says:

I enjoy Fox’s trainwreck of reality shows sometimes. I’ll definitely give it a chance.

  4. eridapo says:

More proof that programming heads think alike…

  5. Boiler says:

    Ah the apocolypse comes closer

  6. Ellen says:

Holy crap… the networks are copying each other with celebrity diving shows now? Please someone kill them and put them out of their misery.

  7. Kim R says:

    Justified….it’s been too long! :)

  8. Britta Unfiltered says:

Great Justified promo! I’m going to share it everywhere! It is my mission to make as many people as I can watch this show. I would like to see it get Walking Dead type ratings, because it really is just as good a show as WD. (And in my personal opinion, probably better. Please don’t attack me for saying that, Dead fans).

  9. John says:

Looking forward to Justified, even if it has had the effect that I’m not quite so fond of apple pie anymore….

  10. luke says:

More Justified please… This show deserves 24 episode season run, or at least 16 episodes. C’mon FX.
