Kitchen Nightmares Exclusive Video: A Whole New Way to Look at 'Dessert Molds'

Is there any limit to Gordon Ramsay’s well of incredulousness? Not when restaurant managers like Fabio from Mama Maria’s in Brooklyn think it’s okay to combine an “ice-cream substitute” and mold as part of a heinous dessert “display” that gets waved under patron’s noses.

Check out an exclusive preview of this week’s Kitchen Nightmares shenanigans (Friday, 8/7c on Fox), and then answer Chef. Ramsay’s question: Is Fabio kidding him?

The amazing thing is the employees didn’t see anything wrong with this.

And some poor fool ate in that place.

I live a few blocks from this place, it’s actually part of an old dirty pizzeria next door, the owner is one of the cheapest human beings on God’s green earth! They’re lucky the board of Health doesn’t come to shut these 2 places down!!! Yet I can’t believe he’s kept both places open for over 20 years, if this doesn’t prove location is what it’s all about I don’t know what the?

i like this show a lot. its a shame people dismiss it cause hte british was different or thats its a reality show in general

I’m not sure what the big deal is. That dessert was the one on display, probably sitting in front of the window or something. It’s not meant for eating; it’s to look pretty on the outside. I don’t care what the display is made off, whether substituting butter for ice cream or even cardboard for the cake, as long as the actual desserts served to customers are fresh and mold-free.

So if you have a piece of moldy food in your fridge you leave it there??? I’m never eating over your house! Ever heard of the word CONTAMINATION???

What ever!! Gordon Ramsey likes to criticize everyone else for their wrong doings. I would like to see one of his own restaurants on a reality tv show and see how that pans out

    • FRANK says:

Tim you might be wrong on this one. This place is part of a pizzeria next door. Now I want you think old, dirty, Chinese fast-food restaurant and apply that this pizzeria,, then you have Sal’s Pizzeria owned by one of the cheapest people in history. He hasn’t changed a piece of furniture or the falling sign outside in over 25 years. Trust me on this GROSS!!!!!!!
