Renewed! Strike Back, Childrens Hospital, A.N.T. Farm, NTSF:SD:SUV, Ninja Turtles Get Pick-Ups
Cinemax has ordered a 10-episode Season 3 of its original action-drama series Strike Back, to shoot in South Africa and Hungary and premiere sometime in 2013, the cabler announced on Wednesday.
Strike Back’s Season 2 finale airs Friday, Oct. 12.
Other cable series receiving good news this week include:
* Adult Swim greenlit Season 5 of Childrens Hospital and Season 3 of NTSF:SD:SUV::, to premiere in 2013.

* Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles — aka basic cable’s No. 1 show with kids — was renewed for a 26-episode Season 2, to unspool in 2013.
* Disney Channel’s A.N.T. Farm, the No.1 show in its Fridays-at-8 time period in the kiddie demos of 2-11, 6-11 and 9-14, has been renewed for Season 3, to premiere in June 2013.
