On TV this Friday: You haven’t died and gone to Haven; the sci-fi series is back. 9 pm CSI: NY (CBS) | Repeat to Revisit: When the drama didn’t know whether or not it would be back for a ninth season, it capped Season 8 with one heck of an hour that could’ve served as a series finale. 9 pm Boss (Starz) | Chicago’s not doing so well, mainly because Kane’s decisions about the housing project lead to rioting and looting. At the same time, the big man seeks treatment at an alternative clinic, where he comes face-to-face with his past.

9 pm Tyler Perry’s For Better or Worse (TBS) | In back-to-back episodes, Marcus gets the idea that he’s not really MJ’s father and Marcus and Richard get into a heavy-duty argument.

  • Two things I want to see in Haven; The Shop from Firestarter and Randall Flagg (who the opening credits have been teasing since the first episode). I’m sure that The Shop is behind Audrey’s memory problems.

  • CSI: NY repeat for me tonight. It could have been a perfect ending (and outside the box too). I love how the dreams accurately portrayed how was Mac’s relationship with each CSI. It was indeed very reflective.

I’m also watching Strike Back. It’s the best action series ever! I love how fast the story moves on. There no dragging or stalling.

  • I love how CSI:NY fans will gladly watch the rerun! It was such an amazing episode. That’s what I love about the writers for that show: they don’t go overboard with drama, but they touch us with their amazing storytelling.
