What to Watch Thursday: Glee Is Back, Talent Finale, Wilfred Wrecks a Wedding and More

On TV this Thursday: Make a Gleeful noise, because Rachel Berry and crew have returned! Plus, America’s Got Talent and Extreme Chef crown champions and it’s something borrowed, something chewed for Wilfred. Including TVLine’s original features (always linked within), here are 10 programs to look out for tonight.

8 pm The Big Bang Theory (CBS) | Repeat to Revisit: A lack of strippers, an awkward toast from Sheldon and a Wil Wheaton cameo? Must be Wolowitz’s bachelor party.

PREVIEW | We’ve Seen the Glee Season 4 Premiere! 13 Quick Observations

9 pm Glee (Fox) | In the Season 4 premiere, Rachel has a rough start at NYADA, the New Directions members jockey for lead status and we meet a bunch of new McKinley kids, including Puck’s half-brother, Jake and Sue’s new henchbitch.

9 pm America’s Got Talent (NBC) | Season 7 finale: Justin Bieber performs and the ultimate winner takes home a million-dollar prize.

9 pm Project Runway (Lifetime) | The designers make their own fabric to use in a challenge. Plus, former contestants Anya Ayoung-Chee and Mondo Guerra return to guest-judge.

10 pm Wilfred (FX) | Ryan’s jealousy causes Wilfred to derail Jenna and Drew’s wedding.

10 pm Sullivan & Son (TBS) | Season 1 finale: Steve agrees to represent Hank after one of his coworkers (played by MADtv’s Will Sasso) files an HR complaint about Hank’s inappropriate comments. (For those worrying – there’s gotta be a couple of you out there, right? — the comedy has  been renewed for Season 2.)

10 pm Extreme Chef (Food Network) | Season 2 finale: Remote jungles in Thailand provide the backdrop for the final challenges, which involve working with elephants and racing up hundreds of stairs to cook in front of a Buddhist temple. The winner takes home… well, $50,000 (and as such probably wonders if he should’ve instead auditioned for AGT).

10:30 pm Louie (FX) | Louie begins a quest.

10:30 pm Awkward (MTV) | Jenna wants to change her future, so she fakes some of her blog entries.

      • “How sad your life is”???

What is WRONG with you? Someone innocently posts their delight about something and you felt compelled to reply with a hateful, nasty comment like that? Shame on you!! Seriously, don’t ever do that again!

  • Nothing to watch on Thursday nights. Too bad they took off “Saving Hope.” I will likely be watching it online at the NBC website instead of watching tv live tonight.

    • I forgot to mention that the last two episodes of the season, Episodes 12 and 13 are only on the website. I wasn’t talking about watching repeats.

  • Louie was freaking awesome. Funniest episode I’ve seen since the Melissa Leo episode. David Lynch had me in tears of laughter. And that scene-stealing actress who plays his daughter Jane was equally as hilarious. “I did good, didn’t I?”
