Scoop: Is White Collar Fave a Person of Interest?

Gloria Votsis, who on White Collar recurs as master thief Alex Hunter, has pinched herself a plum new gig, on Person of Interest.

TVLine has learned that Votsis will guest-star on the CBS drama as Maxine Angelis, a hotshot reporter appearing in Episode 5 of Season 2 aka the same episode that welcomes back Paige Turco as Zoe. (Votsis shared via Twitter an on-the-set photo of herself with Jim Caviezel.)

In addition to her intermittent White Collar visits — the next of which in fact airs this Tuesday (see photos) — Votsis’ TV credits include guest turns on Suburgatory, Hawaii Five-0 and CSI: Miami, plus The Gates.

Person of Interest — which was last season’s most watched freshman drama series — kicks off its new run on Thursday, Sept. 27.

Would love to see her as a regular somewhere, love the actress but can’t stand her WC character. Always nice to see her pop up on other shows.
