Exclusive Grimm First Look: Lost’s Mark Pellegrino Has Something to Say!

Lost fans, get ready to howl.

As TVLine previously reported, Mark Pellegrino – who played Jacob on the late ABC drama – will guest-star on tonight’s Grimm. And we’ve got your exclusive first look at the man in action.

Pellegrino’s character, Jarold Kempfer, is a high school pal of Hank’s whose daughter goes missing. From what we hear, Hank doesn’t know Jarold is a coyotl, or coyote-like creature. Maybe in the shot below he’s about to find out?

  • He played Jacob, not MiB.

  • This should be good. Hoping poor Hank finally learns of the many creatures that are around him and Nick clues him on the truth.

    • I’m hoping Nick finally tells Hank the truth myself.

  • I really like Mark Pellegrino, its amazing when you realize that although he has had a lot of roles since the late 80′s, but it was only since he turned 40+ plus that he got any decent character arcs with shows like
    Supernatural
    Being Human
    The Closer
    Lost
    and Dexter
    ++
I would really love to see if he has the chops to take on a leading role rather then a supporting cast member !

    • Ya, he’s absolutely paid his dues, and I have full confidence that he could carry a show, as a lead — how unfortunate know one capitalized on that fact yet!

  • Poor Hank..I feel so bad for him..Nick better fill him in soon or he’ll end up in a padded cell

  • Nick tell Hank??!! No! That is a good bit of the fun in this show, totally clueless and doing his job. He is the only one that is “sane” in this show.

  • He looks like Dennis Leary in that shot. Like him, will DVR this episode. Can’t get into the show itself, not sure why.

  • Mark Pellegrino is one of the most gifted character actors in TV and film today. He can play good or evil – whatever the role calls for and does a fine job. He does a fine job in this episode as the doting father of a teenage girl who is kidnapped.

  • If Hank is not a Grimm how can he see the “creatures”?

    • I dunno, but Nick did say he guaranteed he wouldn\’t be seeing them if he wasn\’t around, so I am just thinking maybe it is just because he is usually in the general vicinity. Maybe the HexenBeast with all her cookies or kissing gave him some kind of third eye. That is a good question.
