Ex-Nikita evildoer Xander Berkeley has booked a recurring role in the upcoming third season of Syfy’s Being Human.

As first reported by our sister site Deadline, the actor will play Brynn (Tracy Spiridakos) and Connor’s (Jon Cor) charismatic father, who is on a mission to unearth what happened to his children — and destroy all remaining vampires. In the meantime, he’ll develop a unique relationship with Kristen Hager’s Nora.

No stranger to portraying the villain, Berkeley is coming off of a two-season stint as the Big Bad on The CW’s Nikita. (Read more about his character’s demise here.)

  • Sad to see Xander Berkeley getting the boot on Nikita just like he was on 24. In Jack Bauer’s screaming word: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

    • He was a good villain but I totally stand by the showrunner’s decision. He’s completely right. Had they kept Percy alive and simply defeated him one more time, he would have lost his threat as a villain.

  • Percy was so frightening and devious (real Tango) on Nikita that i sincerely glad he finally neutralized. Looking forward for Being Human. Not really into show – good cast (if not great), but so-so writing on average. New good character always welcome, especially for this show.
