On TV this Tuesday: I’ll have what Isles is having, the MasterChef contestants beef up their resumes, Cory Monteith steps up to The Glee Project‘s bully pulpit and a book leads to enlightenment at The Catalina — really. Here are 10 shows to check out tonight.
8 pm The Catalina (The CW) | The hotel hosts a Sex in South Beach book-signing party, which gives Eyal the notion that sex will make Morgan happy. Really, Eyal? You needed a book-signing party to come to that conclusion?
8 pm Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family) | Spencer learns a secret when Garrett becomes one of her mom’s clients.

9 pm Rizzoli & Isles (TNT) | The Playboy Club’s Eddie Cibrian guest-stars as a new guy who opens up a different side of Maura, while someone from Jane’s past throws her for a loop. Chris Vance returns as Sgt. Major Casey Jones.
9 pm MasterChef (Fox) | The contestants must use unconventional cuts of meat in a challenge. (If they’re fans of old David Letterman audience bits, they’ve really got an edge.)
9 pm Jane By Design (ABC Family) | Ben and Billy have a tough time trying to throw Jane a surprise birthday party; India pressures Jeremy for information on Gray.
9 pm Hollywood Heights (Nick at Night) | Loren’s face catches Eddie’s eye during a performance, and her lyrics capture his interest after the show. It’s practically summer, everyone; why not give Nickelodeon’s new teen-soap experiment a shot?
9 pm Mysteries at the Museum (Travel Channel) | Don Wildman investigates, among other items, a plaster mold believed to prove the existence of a mysterious bayou creature. If this creature hasn’t been named yet, I vote for Beignet Betty.

10 pm Love in the Wild (NBC) | The newly formed trios are shackled together and forced to complete a challenge in the jungle. If the Steve Miller Band is to be believed, jungle love will drive you mad and make you crazy — but at best, this is probably just jungle lust, so have at it!
10 pm The Glee Project (Oxygen) | Glee’s Cory Monteith mentors the contenders, who relive bullying experiences during a performance of REM’s “Everybody Hurts.”
10 pm Franklin & Bash (TNT) | Family Guy’s Seth Green and Ugly Betty’s Eric Mabius guest-star as B-list versions of Peter and Jared; Cybill Shepherd shows up as one of Infield’s ex-wives, who is accused of dognapping.
