What to Watch: The TVLine-Up for Sunday

On TV this Sunday: Once Upon a Time‘s Regina looks to cast a spell, TV Land reunites the Shotz Brewery’s most famous employees, The Good Wife and Breakout Kings wrap their seasons and more. There’s a lot going on, but we’ve decided to single out these 11 programs.

TVLine’s Finale Calendar: What’s Ending When?

8 pm Once Upon a Time (ABC) | August promises to enlighten Emma and show how she can beat Regina to take custody of Henry; with Mary Margaret returning to work, Regina puts a plan in motion to seduce David; in the fairytale land that was, Geppetto agrees to a plan that will save Snow and Charming’s daughter from the Evil Queen’s curse, but with a proviso that could also save his own son.

8 pm Harry’s Law (NBC) | Harry and Adam help Phoebe in a complicated case where an entire college marching band is being charged with murder after a hazing ritual goes wrong; Tommy enlists the help of Cassie and Oliver to represent a man who claims he was sexually assaulted by a woman.

9 pm TV Land Awards (TV Land) | Kelly Ripa hosts a night that reunites the casts of Laverne and Shirley. Pee-wee’s Playhouse, One Day at a Time, In Living Color and Murphy Brown.

9 pm The Good Wife (CBS) | Season 3 finale: Will and Diane scramble when Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox) and Patti Nyholm (Martha Plimpton) team up to bankrupt the firm; Alicia faces conflicted feelings regarding her relationship with Peter; Kalinda’s past catches up to her.

9 pm Breakout Kings (A&E) | Double-episode season finale: In the first hour, one team member ducks out on a manhunt to follow a clue left by their nemesis, Damian (Jason Behr). Then, the Kings do what they must to bring Damian down but in doing so are faced with an impossible choice.

9 pm Desperate Housewives (ABC) | Susan attempts to build a car for MJ’s father-and-son school soapbox derby; Lynette tries to cause friction between Tom and his girlfriend; Gaby is furious with Carlos when he tries to poach one of her rich personal shopper clients (guest star Doris Roberts); Renee discovers that Ben is keeping a secret from her about his involvement with Bree — and the body found at his work site.

9 pm Game of Thrones (HBO) | Tyrion’s source alerts him to Joffrey’s flawed defense plan and a mysterious secret weapon; Theon sails to the Stony Shore to prove he’s worthy to be called Ironborn; Arya receives a promise from one of three prisoners she saved from the Gold Cloaks; The Night’s Watch arrive at the Fist of the First Men, an ancient fortress where they hope to stem the advance of the wildling army.

9:30 pm The Big C (Showtime) | Cathy focuses on her new direction and Sean meets the former owner of his phone sex business.

10 pm Mad Men (AMC) | Don, Roger and Pete attempt to bring in new business! Sally helps a relative!

10 pm The Borgias (Showtime) | Lucrezia joins Giulia’s quest to help the poor and Cesare seeks revenge on the retreating French troops.

10 pm The Client List (Lifetime) | A law student comes to The Rub looking for extras, and Riley delivers — only to discover he’s connected to one of her co-workers, putting their secret in jeopardy. Elisabeth Röhm (Law & Order) guest-stars.

Tonight I am recording the following: The Good Wife, The Big C, Nurse Jackie, Madmen, The Killing, Desperate Housewives, GCB, Army Wives, The Client List, Harry’s Law and Masterpiece (PBS) Part II Conclusion of Birdsong, Have to record tonight’s Celebrity Apprentice when it’s repeated Friday on CNBC.

    Once, The Good Wife. For On Demand later viewing: Game of Thrones, The Big C, Nurse Jackie. Who knew that Sunday nights would become the new “must see” TV night for so many of us!

    And I second whoever requested that fourth season of Good Wife be moved back to Tuesdays. Changing it to its present Sunday evenings: Worst.Decision.Ever. by CBS.

    The Good Wife (season finale – boo!!), picking up Season 4 Damages on DirecTV (new customer – yay!!), The Killing (DVR for later) – in order of importance / excitement. (Veep, btw, was atrocious – absolutely awful – and this from a woman who will watch almost anything about / in the White House.)
