What to Watch: The TVLine-Up for Monday
On TV this Monday: Gossip Girl‘s Dan and Blair have some trouble just “doing it,” Bones returns in time to give birth, Beckett is urged to make her move on Castle and more. All told, we found nine programs to keep on your radar.
8 pm Gossip Girl (The CW) | Chuck invites Jack (guest star Desmond Harrington) to town to thank him for saving his life, but the trip doesn’t go as planned; Blair and Dan attempt to consummate their new relationship — but hit unexpected roadblocks; Ivy finds an unlikely ally in William (Billy Baldwin) in her quest for UES acceptance. (Get an in-depth preview!)
8 pm Bones (Fox) | When Brennan insists on solving a crime at a prison – despite Booth’s pleas for her not to overexert her pregnant self – the couple experiences a very untraditional arrival of their baby daughter. (Read preview!)
8 pm The Voice (NBC) | Live rounds begin, with the top artists from two teams competing against each other in front of the coaches.
9 pm NCAA Basketball Championship (CBS) | The Kansas Jayhawks take on the Kentucky Wildcats. How did your bracket wind up doing?
9 pm House (Fox) | When Adams suspects House may be sick, she recruits Wilson and the other team members to plan an intervention and investigate his illness. Hmm, what’s the title of the episode Hugh Laurie is directing again…?
9 pm Being Human (Syfy) | Josh’s wolf horrifically destroys the thing he loves most; Sally tries to make amends for the souls she has reaped.
9 pm WWE Monday Night RAW (USA Network) | SPOILER ALERT for those who haven’t seen Wrestlemania XXVIII…. How will Cena deal with the fallout after losing to The Rock? TVLine’s Meg Masters tells me exclusively that she is hoping he finally turns heel!
10 pm Castle (ABC) | A Scotland Yard detective (Neighbours‘ Brett Tucker) teams up with Castle and Beckett to find the person who killed his friend’s daughter; Charles Shaughnessy (Days of Our Lives) also guest-stars. Meanwhile, Lanie convinces Beckett that she needs to make a move on Castle before it is too late. Um, yeah! (Read preview.)
10 pm Smash (NBC) | The team begins their pursuit of a marquee star, while Eileen charges Tom and Julia with finding a title for the musical (and no, Ellis! isn’t an option); Karen and Ivy find themselves in competition again — for an OJ commercial; Frank makes an unwelcome discovery (what, the credit card bill for all of Julia’s scarves?).
