I thought the casting sides were calling for someone like 18-25 and Noah’s a little older. I wonder if that mean’s he’ll be playing Regina’s lost love and they wanted to match up his age with Lana Parrilla’s.

What’s more likely the case depending on which royal manner, is that Regina’s mother is having an affair w/ this boy. The queen will demand that Regina marry for political reasons…and that love is something royals live w/o. All the while she is cheating on her husband, regina’s father. Lets face it, the kind of father he seems to be is the type of man that a strong woman/wife would cheat on.

      • xav says:

Regina’s mom doesn’t sound like the kind of person a young, idealistic guy would be in love with.

        • Trenton says:

Like a old idealistic romantic Genie fell for Regina

          • xav says:

You think they would pull the same ‘evil married lady tricks guy looking for true love’ twice within seven episodes?

          • Trenton says:

As a thing to do out of structure…yes…would be repetitive. But if they are making her mother out to be evil and mean and some form of the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree (on the nose i know)….then not at all. Don’t daughters fear they will become their mothers…or people fear they will turn in to the things they hate most. Maybe she knew it could work, b/c it did b4. All of this I’m basing off the fact…that Regina’s father seems like such a weak man…he lets Regina walk all over him…and i’m assuming so did Regina’s mother. But to answer your question in form, yes it would be a repetition, but in function it could be a very sad poignant moment…and very telling.

    Fantastic casting! Love him!

  3. Josh says:

Sounds likely….Maybe they were planning on casting younger to make the Queen look younger but realized that was silly. It does sound like he might be the Queen’s love…which might be the reason for the Snow/EQ hate.

Sounds like Princess Bride. Not a story that’s been around as long as the standard fairy tales, but it’s the first thing that popped in my mind.

I think he will play long lost love. We apparently will get to see Regina before she became the evil queen. I reckon this guy will play the love she lost. Can’t wait should be a good episode.
