Can’t wait for Game of Thrones! Best new series since Deadwood – hopefully this one lasts longer.

  2. GK says:

Why! Oh why does GOT only have 10 episodes again!! I need more episodes from this awesome show.

  3. shaun says:

    April fools joke for GOT?

  4. lipsticksocialism says:

ooooh, i’m looking forward to JLD’s return to tv :)

  5. Drew says:

HBO must be so pissed that it’s wasting its time and effort on Sarah Palin, who isn’t even trying to run for public office. They had to be banking on her running for President or Vice President, given the timing of the movie. Instead, the movie will seem incredibly dated and irrelevant.

    Fail on them.

  6. Pam says:

I don’t have HBO so I am definitely more excited about March 6, which is when the first season drops on DVD.

  7. Brent says:

Matt, have you heard anything about Treme’s return date? I know it was picked up for season 3 and typically airs starting in April. Has it been delayed?

  8. Eliza says:

    Cannot wait!!!

  9. Emily says:

Ahh! I’m so excited. Game of Thrones is a great show, one of my favorites currently. Definitely the best HBO has to offer currently. It probably only has ten episodes because they are so expensive to make, GOT is a huge budget suck.

  10. Andy says:

Sadly, won’t be watching this when it does premiere. Wrestlemania’s the same night.

  11. Rick says:

Love Game of Thrones – can hardly wait!

  12. stew says:

“It only has 10 episodes because one season is based on one book and it would be stupid to make it longer.” does this mean you can only divide books into 10 episodes??? why not 12??
