WTF* Video: Mad Man Jon Hamm Does 'The Robot' for Todd Margaret

Get More: Previews, Video

When you’ve got six Emmy nominations under your belt and a Golden Globe on your mantle, you’re allowed to get silly now and again — and that’s just what Mad Men‘s Jon Hamm does during his upcoming arc on The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret.

Jon Hamm to Direct Mad Men‘s Season 5 Premiere

In this clip from Season 2 of the IFC comedy, Dave (played by Blake Harrison) is trying to trick Todd Margaret’s boss (Will Arnett) into thinking he has a cell phone tracking device. That’s where Hamm’s character comes in, offering his best (meaning a not very good) impression of an electronic doohickey.

Mad Men Renewed Through Season 6, Cast Cuts Averted

Todd Margaret, which was created by and stars David Cross (Arrested Development) as the titular energy drink salesman, returns Jan. 6, with Hamm set to appear in five of the six new episodes. Hamm of course is no stranger to bringing the funny, having hosted Saturday Night Live more than once and “backed it up” for Betty White in a memorable 2010 Emmy Awards segment.
