There’s a new girl headed to New Girl.

Upright Citizens Brigade vet June Diane Raphael has landed a potentially recurring role on Fox’s breakout comedy, TVLine has learned.

The funny gal — who currently stars opposite Paul Scheer in the live-action Adult Swim series NTSF:SD:SUV — will play Sadie, Jess’ (Zooey Deschanel) smart, slightly intimidating but helpful lesbian friend who is an OB/GYN by day and a skilled archery player by night.

When Nick asks for some unofficial medical help, Sadie sends him off with some pain pills that may or may not be traditionally used to treat menstrual cramps.

Fun fact: Raphael is BFFs with Happy Endings‘ Casey Wilson. The pair recently sold a potential comedy series to ABC titled Walk of Shame.
