Supernatural Photos: Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters Stop By for a Bite

Get More: Photo Gallery, Previews

Two genre-TV fandoms will collide a week from this Friday, when Buffy/Angel alumni Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters pay a visit to The CW’s Supernatural — and we’ve got 15 bloody-good pics from the episode.

In the Oct. 21 installment, titled, “Shut Up, Dr. Phil,” Carpenter plays a witch who casts a spell of the very, very bad kind on a small town, upon learning that her hubby (Marsters) cheated on her. Sam and Dean confab with the husband to see if there is some way they can ground this witch before she causes any further damage… and death.

Flip through the photo gallery below and tell us how anxiously you await seeing Spike and Cordy cross paths with the Winchesters.

  • I’ve never watched a single episode of Supernatural but I’ll be there for this one. I love some James Marsters in my life.

  • Charisma Carpenter is too fabulous to be doing stupid tv movies like Obsession. Someone please put her on tv full-time! Looking forward to this episode of Supernatural.

      • Right?!? If she was in it, maybe I would have given “The Secret Circle” another chance. :)
        She *totally* deserves another show!

  • How does Charisma still manage to look SO awesome? She looks better than most of the 20-something year old actresses out there.

    • Holy crap I know! And she doesn’t look all plastic-faced like most “young-looking” actresses her age do. She either takes super good care of herself and her skin (which I’ll choose to believe), or has the best botox guy on the planet.

      • Just got to see Ms. Carpenter in Austin Tx last weekend and she is utterly fabulous in real. She dresses beautifully even for a little con like Austin and is gracious and lovely. What an exceptionally talented actor who carries herself like a lady. And Mr. Marsters has always will always knocks my socks off==the shots seven and eight are tough as nails.

    • It would be even more awesome if they would just bring Misha back in some form. Castiel beat Damon for the STV 2011 Best Character, but it was close.

  • Definitely looking forward to this reunion of Marsters &
Carpenter(Spike& Cordelia)! ;-} Now the next step is for each
one or both together(as in SPN) on Bones with David Boreanaz
(Angel). Boreanaz had stated that he would love to have
Carpenter on his show. Heck, maybe Marsters and/or Carpenter
could show up on Ringer w/ Buffy(Gellar). Circle is then
    complete.

  • Uh, love James Marsters, and Cordelia was a decent enough character, but Charisma Carpenter is a pretty wooden actress, if we’re being objective. David Boreanaz really carried their scenes together in Angel.

    • I will have to disagree with you. I never seen her as wooden, except s4 when they had that crap storyline and in all honesty i felt most of the csst, including David were wooden that season and imho s5 wasn’t any better.
