Breakout Kings & The Killing are renewal musts! Good to see their numbers are indeed, still impressive.

  2. Cameron says:

Game of Thrones was down because they released the episode a week early on HBOGO. It’ll be back up next week.

    • Matt Webb Mitovich says:

Only GOT’s demo was down, the total audience stayed the same. Maybe only 18-49 year olds use cool apps? ;)

how’d franklin and bash do? Loved the premiere

Im not bashing the show but sadly I didnt get into it, I felt like a long hour show and it was just slow to me idk,I was hoping to like it, but I didnt.

  4. mgbhighlander says:

Game of Thrones is addicting. Ratings may fluctuate, but the show’s quality is always top notch.

  5. Snsetblaze says:

What happens with the repeated viewings on HBO (and the multiple HBO-channels)? Does that add to the ratings?

Also, with the Killing – I have spoken with many people who said they heard about it several weeks after it started … so they were going to have to wait for reruns to watch the whole thing (unless they could get it off the website). The Killing is not a show you can just jump into.

  6. Carrie says:

I was really curious about how “Breakout Kings” has been doing in the ratings. I really enjoy the show, but I never hear anything about how well it’s doing. I’m really hoping the show is renewed for a second season. 2 million viewers is pretty good for a cable show and it has to be a good sign that ratings were up for the finale.

  7. jordan says:

Game of Thrones was down. Stop making excuses. And how are The Killing’s ratings impressive? A 0.4 demo is awful.

    • Simon Jester says:

Given that a lot of people saw the new episode of “Game of Thrones” the previous week when it was released early on HBO GO, a ratings drop this week was not unexpected. And “The Killing” only dropped a tenth in the demo, despite it being a holiday weekend — which isn’t bad.

  8. Mikey M says:

The Killing has turned into a big bore. No wonder everyone is tuning out. Of course the ratings will be high again for the finale so everyone can see who done it.

  9. Kristina says:

You must renew Breakout Kings for a second season. It was the best new show of the year, by far. Why do all the best shows somehow always end up on the bubble?
