Desperate Housewives alum Richard Burgi has been cast on Hot in Cleveland as… a conjoined twin?!
It’s true, says TV Guide Magazine, which reports that Burgi will play Timothy, a conjoined twin who goes on a blind date with a none-the-wiser Victoria (Wendie Malick). A pretty far stretch from the days of Wisteria Lane’s Karl, right?

• The O.C. hottie Chris Carmack (you remember Luke, right?) has landed a part as a musician in the ABC pilot Grace, Deadline reports. Eric Roberts is already set to star in the network’s professional dance-based drama.
• Dr. Cox alert! John C. McGinley (Scrubs) has joined the ABC comedy pilot Smothered, per Deadline. McGinley will play one-half of a set of conjoined twins overbearing parents. Adam Arkin (Chicago Hope) is in final negotiations to join the series as well.
• A&E’s Breakout Kings scored huge ratings Sunday, making its success story even sweeter. Rescued by A&E after Fox passed on the pilot last May, Kings gave the network its best demo numbers ever.
