Joining Law & Order: SVU‘s already stellar spring lineup is none other than John Stamos.

The Full House alum and recurring Glee player is set to appear in an upcoming SVU episode as an adoption attorney. Of course, there’s always a twist and Stamos’ character will be revealed to have a secret passion of his own.

Joining Stamos in the episode is Lori Singer (of Fame fame), who’ll play a new mother struggling with the responsibilities that come with the role.

Grey’s Anatomy‘s Jeff Perry (aka Meredith’s father, Thatcher) has joined Shonda Rhimes’ new drama pilot Damage Control, says The Hollywood Reporter. Perry rounds out a cast that includes Kerry Washington (Ray) and Henry Ian Cusick (Lost).

• HBO will air a 15-minute sneak peek of the much-anticipated new fantasy series Game of Thrones on Sunday, April 3 at 9/8c, just before the third episode of the Kate Winslet miniseries Mildred Pierce.

The Princess Bride and Saw star will play Henry Detmer, the CEO of Themyscira Industries who is uncle-like to Palicki’s Diana, but could possibly turn into a love interest down the line. Weird? We’d say so.

Lost‘s Rebecca Mader, who most recently was seen on No Ordinary Family, is joining Chase‘s Amaury Nolasco in the ABC comedy pilot Work It, per Deadline. Also, Hellcats‘ Jeff Hephner has landed the womanizing lead in NBC’s Playboy.

  1. Lauren says:

Does that mean he’s leaving Hellcats? I love him as Red, I don’t want him to leave!! I’m getting more and more into this Playboy pilot though, I hope he can do double-duty.

    • Kris says:

Me too. He doesn’t have a huge part in the show so it could work BUT Hellcats is filmed in Canada so it could be tricky schedule-wise given he will be the lead of the show. Did he get the part cause his last name is also Hephner? I hope this isn’t a sign Hellcats is heading towards cancellation given that the show’s stars are already looking for other work.

  2. John says:

Dammit, David E. Kelly, stop casting actors I love on your sure-to-terrible Wonder Woman show! I almost have to watch now. *Sigh*, Tyra…

  3. buttercup says:

First Tyra, now Wesley …I can’t NOT watch now.

  4. Mi says:

I’m super excited for Ian Cusick’s new role and this new show, Damage Control!
Like Wag the Dog for the small screen…sounds like a winner to me!

  5. Vanny says:

sigh… Cary Elwes – Love him to bits… Glad to see him, but wouldn’t he be a bit old for Palicki? Still though, happy to see him, would rather keep him for myself.
