Exclusive Video: Fringe Flashes Back (Again)

Fox’s Fringe is revving up the time machine again this Friday with a flashback-heavy episode that picks up where last season’s sublime circa-1980s installment, “Peter,” left off.

The highly-anticipated follow-up, titled “Subject 13,” will explore the repercussions of Peter’s abduction and, for the first time, take viewers inside Olivia’s stint as Walter’s lab rat. But before we step back in time let’s look to the future with this haunting teaser clip from Friday’s can’t-miss hour.

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

Love the site, and I love Fringe but can I make a site suggestion?

That you use Disqus for the commenting system, it’ll make it so much easier to use, plus it allows Facebook / Twitter sign in.

  2. Leslie Lu says:

Woot! I can’t wait. I’ve really been wanting to see something like this, because I wanted a little more story on how it really shaped the characters in both universes.

  3. Jones19 says:

Cool! Peter was one of the best episodes of the series so I have high hopes for this one.

  4. Anjali says:

    OMG!!! I can’t wait!!

  5. BP2A says:

Fox should air this promo on TV. Even if I’d never seen Finge this promo would suck me right in. I can’t wait for this episode. I keep thinking that I can’t like this show more but I’m proven wrong every week.

  6. ShazzaUK says:

As a UK Fringe addict (we have to wait until April until it returns here – boooo!), I’m enjoying the teasers and clips and can’t wait to see how things develop – but also really hoping you guys keep watching on Fridays so it doesn’t get cancelled!

    • idea says:

In the uk you can watch brand new episodes of US series on free-tv-video-online, it’s streaming so no downloading (although there are pop up ads..but only occasionally) and it is GREAT! You can also try surf the channel, but it doesn’t work as well..

    • killabee says:

Well, since FOX doesn’t air it simultaneously to the world, there are a bunch of torrent sites that can help fix this…:)

      • Ribman says:

It’s a free internet, so do what you want, but if you watch it online or ESPECIALLY pull the episodes from a torrent site, you are contributing to the show’s highly possible downfall.

        Just sayin…

  7. Jason says:

    It’s amazing.I can’t wait.

  8. mack says:

  18. Kelly says:

I am so excited for this episode. I love that our Olivia/Walter/Peter have such history/connection. Just wish Peter and Olivia would remember some of it.

  19. Denise says:

I see one small problem, the kids look old enough to have remembered each other later on. Just a thought. But I am looking forward to this ep!

  20. K S says:

I love FRINGE! It’s the only reason my T.V. comes on anymore :)

  21. Ed says:

Seriously… this Promo alone is CHILLING… as someone else said.. put THIS promo on TV and damn, there’ll be a HUGE audience!

  22. Beth says:

agreed–put this promo on television! please! just cannot wait! Walter’s hair is kind of freaking me out though :)

  23. Terry H says:

Wow…I can’t wait to see this. But…I feel bad now for Walter “stealing” Peter. He must have been so scared. Kinda like being kidnapped, but in a strange way. I know he did it to save his life, but I can’t help looking at it from a kid’s point of view. I hope they make me feel better after I see this LOL

  24. John says:

Why did they change the actor who played Peter? The other Kid was great.

  25. Frank says:

They should air this during American Idol. I’m sure a lot of people would be tempted to check it out.

  26. Denise in CA says:

Love Fringe! I bought the first 2 seasons on dvd and am loving the 3rd!Can’t wait to see what the writers come up with next!

  27. Christine says:

I can not wait to see this episode. I knew that young Peter wouldn’t just except his fate on our side of the universe. Am so excited. Wonder if Peter got our Olivia pregnant too on last episode. Wouldn’t that be something interesting to see. This is by far the best show on television!

  28. Julia says:

Ho-lee-crap. This is gonna be good.

  29. Tammy says:

WOW!!! This episode looks awesome…can’t wait to hear more of the story and see how it affects both sides….if at all. This one looks to be one of the best episodes of “Fringe” that has been on t.v.

  30. KC says:

Fringe Friday- most anticipated night of the week in my house!

  31. Lpulou says:

I love this show. The creative minds writing the story and the cast are a match madr in Heaven. This episode is going to be awesome. I can’t hardly wait till Friday.

  33. Erin M says:

So Darn Good. This show needs to stay on the air!

  34. Naty says:

    Damn!! This looks GREAT!
I’m so pissed off at FOX for not promoting FRINGE as much as they do for BONES (which I personally can’t stand Emily Deschanel!but I love David Boreanaz.)
FRINGE is a great show and I wish they would also count the audience of the show on the various websites that stream it live too!
